Description

  • Plan and execute deployment events including site installations, demonstrations, training, maintenance visits, and test exercises.
  • Lead cross-functional deployment teams spanning hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and other functions.
  • Manage the full deployment lifecycle from site survey and testing through pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment.
  • Build trust and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, users, and internal teammates through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering user feedback and lessons learned and communicating them back to Anduril.
  • Develop deep mission expertise around customer requirements, threats, regulations, resource constraints, and rules of engagement.
  • Translate customer mission needs and CONOPS into requirements and performance specifications for engineers.
  • Develop strong product expertise in Anduril’s Family of Systems, including capabilities, limitations, sensor modalities, sensor fusion, power, and networking.
  • Anticipate contingencies, assess and mitigate risk, and continuously improve deployment processes and execution.
  • Represent Anduril professionally to customers and set the standard for deployment quality and performance.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or 3-5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation for new or developing processes.
  • Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building influence through relationships.
  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Experience working on U.S. military installations, preferred.
  • Prior U.S. Navy experience, preferred.
