Description

  • Lead end-to-end MAWM implementations through planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Define warehouse processes, system workflows, user journeys, and integration dependencies with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
  • Drive solution design and configuration strategies within MAWM across functional modules and workflows.
  • Oversee integration design, including APIs, ProActive extensibility, and data mapping across host systems.
  • Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and technically sound.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Support SIT/UAT planning and execution, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
  • Review current warehouse operations, MAWM landscape, solution designs, workflows, and integration architecture to inform implementation planning.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Present implementation outcomes, KPIs, and progress updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in WMS implementations, with strong expertise in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM).
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end MAWM implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and distribution processes.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MAWM architecture, APIs, ProActive framework, and configuration tools.
  • Experience with system integrations involving ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/WCS systems.
  • Ability to think in terms of end-to-end supply chain systems, not just isolated warehouse processes.
  • Strong program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with multi-site or global MAWM rollouts (preferred).
  • Exposure to Supply Chain Intelligence (SCI), OMS, TMS, or LMS platforms (preferred).
  • Understanding of EDI frameworks and messaging in WMS integrations (preferred).
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or 3PL environments (preferred).
  • Manhattan certifications in MAWM or SCI are a plus.
