Description

  • Lead a team of Salesforce specialists to define best-case marketing use cases and data requirements.
  • Own the delivery plan for a detailed Salesforce Data360 implementation definition.
  • Lead client workshops to define requirements, priorities, and data needs.
  • Manage dependencies across programmes and technical initiatives to keep delivery aligned.
  • Analyse existing data quality and identify gaps that block key marketing use cases.
  • Support CDP vendor selection through requirements definition and scoring frameworks.
  • Help define the CDP data maturity roadmap from initial datasets to a full Customer 360 view.
  • Establish integration approaches that enable seamless audience activation across channels.
  • Develop and manage a phased rollout plan with clear country-level milestones.
  • Lead business change planning, including training and enablement across markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce-enabled marketing programmes or customer data transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of customer data architecture for marketing enablement and data governance.
  • Salesforce expert.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
  • Experience in multi-market rollout and change management.
  • Ideally based within commutable distance of Manchester for occasional office trips.
  • Available to start ASAP and commit to an initial six-month duration.
