Description

  • Design and build dynamic, branded customer journeys using OmniScripts.
  • Create modular, data-driven user interfaces with FlexCards.
  • Configure DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to move data between Salesforce and external APIs.
  • Implement industry-specific business logic such as CPQ, attribute-based pricing, and advanced approvals.
  • Optimize Integration Procedures for fast UI response times and efficient large-payload handling.
  • Use Apex and Lightning Web Components only when declarative OmniStudio tools are not sufficient.
  • Map complex business processes into branching logic and calculation matrices.
  • Collaborate on building high-performance, digital-first solutions across Salesforce Industries contexts.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one Industry Cloud such as Vlocity/Communications Cloud, Energy & Utilities, or Health Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of JSON structure, REST APIs, and CSS.
  • Ability to map complex business processes into branching logic and calculation matrices.
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer is essential.
  • Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer is highly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer is preferred.
  • Experience building solutions for Communications, Health, or Financial Services Cloud is relevant.
  • Ability to work fully remote for an initial six-month engagement.
