Description

  • Lead and build the GTM Engineering function, including its operating model, standards, and technical direction.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain GTM Engineers as the team grows.
  • Stay hands-on and ship solutions alongside the team on high-leverage problems.
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI to revenue workflows and execution.
  • Build durable automation patterns using AI agents, integration platforms, scripting, and Salesforce tooling.
  • Define and enforce standards for deploying AI safely in revenue workflows.
  • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations leaders to surface the right problems and align priorities.
  • Translate revenue strategy into engineering work and engineering work into business outcomes.
  • Deliver iterative, measurable improvements and maintain a tight build-validate-refine feedback loop.
  • Partner with Program Management, Salesforce administration, Revenue Systems, and Revenue Tools to scale solutions across Revenue Technology.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, Salesforce development, or technical GTM roles.
  • People leadership experience through formal management or mentoring engineers and analysts.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise across Flow, Apex, and APIs.
  • Experience with automation and integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, BlinkOps, or similar.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience applying modern AI agent and LLM tooling to live workflows, including tools like Claude Code.
  • Proven experience building automation or AI into revenue workflows such as routing, enrichment, Q2C, forecasting hygiene, or outreach.
  • Ability to diagnose business problems, scope effective solutions, and drive measurable impact.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to work credibly with both Engineering and GTM leaders.
  • Experience operating in ambiguous environments and building new functions or teams from the ground up (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $115,000 to $175,000 CAD.
  • Potential equity in addition to base compensation.
