Description

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security controls.
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, record types, and page layouts.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and executive decision-making.
  • Support data quality activities, including imports, exports, data cleansing, deduplication, and migration support.
  • Participate in release management, testing, deployment, and change control activities.
  • Troubleshoot configuration, security, data, reporting, and integration issues.
  • Support Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and approved integration tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation, user guides, configuration standards, and knowledge base materials.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and guidance to business and technical users.
  • Mentor junior administrators and help establish Salesforce administration best practices.
  • Support governance, security, compliance, accessibility, records management, and data governance requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing enterprise applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative platform configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and user provisioning.
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, record types, and page layouts.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and providing customer-facing support.
  • Experience supporting data migration, data quality, imports, exports, and system integration activities.
  • Experience participating in software testing, UAT, release management, and deployment processes.
  • Experience developing training materials, documentation, and providing end-user support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or Government Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity, OmniStudio, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
  • Experience with Copado, Git, DevOps, CI/CD, and source control practices.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations, or platform modernization projects.
  • Experience working in government, public sector, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience establishing Salesforce governance frameworks, support models, and administrative standards.
  • Must reside within approximately 2 hours of the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania region.
