Description

Lead go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and banking solutions across APAC or MEA.
Originate strategic partnerships with leading banks and enterprises.
Manage the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities through negotiation and completion.
Build and maintain C-level relationships with institutional decision-makers.
Structure complex commercial agreements for payment, settlement, and treasury use cases.
Act as a trusted advisor on digital asset implementation for institutional clients.
Gather market intelligence on stablecoin use cases, regulation, and regional needs.
Contribute client insights to inform the global product roadmap and business plan.
Represent Anchorage Digital as an ambassador for stablecoin solutions and a trusted issuance partner.
Drive direct sales and revenue generation in the region.

Requirements

10+ years of experience managing the full institutional client engagement process.
Strong technical understanding of blockchain and digital assets applied to inter-bank challenges.
Knowledge of fund flows, settlement mechanics, correspondent banking, and cross-border payment flows.
Strong network within the APAC or MEA banking and financial enterprise ecosystem, including decision-makers.
Familiarity with stablecoin issuers in the region.
Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and key market participants.
Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Deep expertise in the global payments ecosystem, including correspondent banking models and enterprise business structures (preferred).
Professional fluency in a relevant regional language is highly preferred.
