Description

  • Partner with Sales, KYC Operations, Legal, and Client Experience teams to support a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Ensure sales pipeline integrity and keep client-related records and activities accurately maintained across systems.
  • Launch, track, and help complete client-specific contracts in a timely manner.
  • Review new account opening requirements, verify information, and coordinate necessary approvals.
  • Perform due diligence on new accounts to support accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain documentation for tasks, processes, and departmental responsibilities.
  • Act as a stakeholder in CRM and data system projects and technical integrations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and work with cross-functional partners on optimizations.
  • Provide timely, thoughtful support to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Communicate the purpose and context behind operational work to the broader team.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage activities and maintain accurate client information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Baseline understanding of cryptocurrencies and curiosity to continue building that knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of client life cycles within the financial services industry.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and team-focused approach to problem-solving and internal alignment.
  • Foundational understanding of legal contracts and complex client structures or professional relationships.
  • Basic understanding of legal repositories and client contract workflows is preferred.
  • Experience maintaining CRM data integrity and ensuring records are synced across systems is preferred.
