Description

  • Lead a 12-week capstone project to design and develop an AI feedback agent that gathers, synthesizes, and prioritizes product feedback from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and map unstructured data sources such as meeting logs, emails, and support cases.
  • Define what qualifies as meaningful customer feedback and develop metrics to distinguish routine interactions from critical business needs.
  • Design and execute test cases to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the AI feedback pipeline.
  • Iterate on prompts, data inputs, and synthesis logic based on testing results and stakeholder feedback.
  • Document the final AI synthesis framework and strategic recommendations for internal review.
  • Present the capstone project, findings, and recommendations during the Week 12 Internship Showcase.

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies for summarization, synthesis, or analysis.
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Large Language Models (LLMs) (nice to have).
  • Proficiency in using APIs and data integration tools to programmatically pull data from source systems (nice to have).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguity and structure findings clearly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate findings through clear summaries and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Experience using research, analysis, or data interpretation to identify patterns and generate actionable insights (preferred).
