Description

Support outbound and inbound business development efforts across stablecoin issuance, rewards, payments, and treasury use cases.
Prepare briefing materials, decks, proposals, one-pagers, and commercial summaries for meetings with banks, fintechs, enterprises, and crypto partners.
Track active commercial conversations, follow-ups, pipeline status, and next steps to progress deals from first outreach through execution.
Analyze stablecoin markets, competitors, and emerging use cases (payments, FX, treasury, rewards, tokenized cash) and convert market signals into actionable GTM initiatives.
Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., GENIUS Act, MiCA, global frameworks) and summarize implications for GTM strategy.
Perform market sizing, partner prioritization, and corridor-level analysis across US, LATAM, EU, and APAC.
Build and maintain lightweight financial and commercial models (AUM, volume, bps-based pricing, incentives) to support pricing and deal structures.
Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support deal execution, ensure alignment with regulatory/operational constraints, and maintain GTM playbooks and internal documentation.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, fintech, crypto, strategy, or a high-growth technology company.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Clear written and verbal communication skills appropriate for client and internal stakeholder engagement.
Comfort with basic financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis.
Strong interest in stablecoins, payments, or digital asset infrastructure.
Prior exposure to crypto, stablecoins, payments, or financial infrastructure (nice-to-have).
Familiarity with financial markets and related infrastructure (nice-to-have).
Experience supporting business development, partnerships, or go-to-market teams (nice-to-have).
