Description

  • Lead client kick-off calls to align expectations, define roles, and clarify hiring needs.
  • Own the client experience after engagement and deposit, including onboarding and post-sales delivery.
  • Communicate the recruitment process, timelines, cadence, and deliverables to clients.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment to start sourcing and shortlisting promptly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the process.
  • Ensure candidate shortlists are delivered, interviews are scheduled, and feedback is collected on time.
  • Follow up with clients persistently to prevent delays while maintaining a professional, friendly tone.
  • Coordinate offer extensions, pre-boarding paperwork, and candidate logistics.
  • Conduct 30/60/90-day post-placement check-ins to confirm satisfaction and alignment.
  • Monitor client issues, identify upsell or expansion opportunities, and support smooth onboarding with internal operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Account Management, Recruitment Account Management, or B2B Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
  • Experience working with U.S. startups.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills at a native or bilingual level.
  • Comfortable using CRM, ATS, and collaboration tools such as Workable, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, and Fathom.
  • Ability to work reliably in U.S. Central or Pacific time zones.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, with summa, magna, or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar distinction from a reputable college.
  • Preferred experience managing recruitment pipelines in a remote staffing or BPO environment.
  • Preferred familiarity with U.S. startup culture, particularly Series B/C companies.
  • Bonus: Experience with ATS or CRM integrations and scaling client delivery processes.
