Description

  • Identify, develop, and execute strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory.
  • Independently source and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational stakeholders such as superintendents, professors, deans, and teachers.
  • Work with the Junior Sales Representative to align territory strategy, share insights, and maximize opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, address client concerns, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Stay current on company products, industry trends, and competitor activity to support sales effectiveness.
  • Attend trade shows, client meetings, and networking events locally and nationally.

Requirements

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Prior sales training and a documented track record of achievement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be close to a major airport.
  • Local candidates preferred; no H1B sponsorship available at this time.
