Description

  • Serve as a liaison between Empowerly students, supporting students and families throughout the program cycle.
  • Create learning materials such as forms, surveys, FAQs, and orientation presentations for each cycle.
  • Collect and analyze company and student feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop post-mortem reports summarizing successes and growth areas after each cycle.
  • Assist the Research Scholars Program Manager with data entry, content creation, and other operational support tasks.
  • Help keep program cycles running smoothly through organized administrative and coordination work.
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a U.S.-based institution.
  • U.S. citizen based in the United States.
  • Ability to work an average of 15-20 hours per week.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours.
  • Open to working with high school students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Able to work remotely with reliable internet access and an appropriate workspace.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and tell a story.
  • Creative and curious problem solver with a bias toward thoughtful action and results.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and technologically savvy.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
