Description

  • Serve as the people manager for the Learning Experience team, setting expectations, supporting growth, and holding the team accountable.
  • Define how the Learning Experience team operates by establishing a clear vision informed by best practices and experience with creative teams.
  • Identify and implement improvements that increase team capacity and output while making effective use of team, budget, and tools.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, especially AI and automation, to improve pace and throughput.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management to align Learning Experience output with company priorities.
  • Help produce best-in-class compliance training content efficiently, creatively, and consistently.
  • Lead the team through change while balancing current operating needs with process improvement.

Requirements

  • Deep experience working in and managing creative teams, particularly in video production.
  • Track record of high-accountability management and motivating a high-performing team.
  • Comfort working scrappily and creatively under tight timelines or budgets.
  • Strong understanding of constraints and the ability to calibrate quality to available time and resources.
  • Expert knowledge of tools and automation, particularly AI tools, with enthusiasm for bringing them to the team.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a hands-off management environment and takes ownership of work.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to identifying problems and solutions.
  • Ability to help build the playbook in an early-stage startup, not just execute an existing one.
  • Passion for Ethena’s mission and alignment with core values, including a strong sense of humor.
  • Must be based in the United States; no employer visa sponsorship is available for this role.
