Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain client-side and server-side applications.
  • Architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Own end-to-end solutions across the full stack, from Angular front ends to Java and Node.js back ends.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote learning, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.
  • Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and estimate work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products on schedule.
  • Debug and troubleshoot product support issues.
  • Operate effectively in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with deep back-end development experience.
  • Experience with Java, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, and RESTful API design.
  • 3+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Redis and DynamoDB.
  • Experience writing microservices using Spring Boot or NestJS.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering highly scalable cloud-based applications.
  • Strong working knowledge of Git; experience with GitLab is ideal.
  • Experience building automated tests at multiple levels, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
