Description

  • Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through go-live, including success criteria, deployment plans, configuration, data migration, and training.
  • Manage implementations, integrations, workflow buildouts, and expansion projects while owning scope, timelines, stakeholders, and risks.
  • Provide first-line customer support by triaging issues, coordinating with Support and Engineering, and communicating through resolution.
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors, operations leaders, and end users to support renewals, references, and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive product adoption, monitor account health, and lead business reviews connecting product impact to customer goals.
  • Advise customers on design-to-manufacturing processes, including PLM, MES, and ERP workflows.
  • Own customer risks and escalations through clear communication, action plans, and follow-through.
  • Gather customer feedback, use cases, and feature requests and communicate them to Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams across time zones to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
  • Develop strong product and deployment knowledge to provide credible customer guidance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS, preferably focused on design-to-manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience in customer success, implementation, account management, sales engineering, or another customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding and multiple concurrent projects with ownership of timelines and outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with customer support, troubleshooting, issue triage, and escalation management.
  • Strong understanding of PLM, MES, and ERP systems, including implementation or support experience.
  • Experience working with manufacturing or engineering organizations; aerospace, defense, or energy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across shop-floor, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel 30% or more for implementations, training, and customer meetings.
  • Must meet applicable U.S. ITAR work authorization requirements and complete employment eligibility, background, and reference checks.
