Description

  • Own rollout plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and onboarding activities for enterprise clients through the first 90 days.
  • Lead status meetings and coordinate resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Customer Success.
  • Track adoption metrics including time to first login, user activation, retention, and platform usage, and act on findings with account teams.
  • Partner with Sales before close to shape rollout plans and transition clients to Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
  • Analyze adoption trends and bottlenecks and communicate actionable insights to internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Identify onboarding improvements, document best practices, and create scalable playbooks and processes.
  • Develop knowledge of the product, customer personas, investment rationale, and customer lifecycle.
  • Maintain rollout and client information using project management and CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing onboarding, customer success, program management, professional services, or implementation roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with change management practices that support adoption of newly purchased software.
  • Experience managing programs through completion and coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or Rocketlane.
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze adoption data and identify trends using metrics such as login rates, retention, and platform utilization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation.
  • Strong communication skills with senior client stakeholders, including managing directors and partners.
  • Interest in improving operational efficiency through scalable processes and documentation.
  • US-based availability; East Coast location strongly preferred.
