Description

  • Lead the RFP process by preparing accurate sales budgets, ballpark proposals, and other pre-sales materials.
  • Support the RFI process by drafting responses, gathering inputs, and coordinating reviews.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, Project Managers, Finance, and Legal to collect information and meet deadlines.
  • Create and maintain proposals through the final Statement of Work and track versions of budgets, proposals, and contracts through signature.
  • Use Salesforce to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for RFPs, RFIs, and sales activities.
  • Support maintenance of the Q&A pair content library in the RFI platform.
  • Prepare sales support presentations and organize sales documents and collateral as needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate suggestions to the Sales Operations team.
  • Support the sales team in meeting quarterly goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, community health education and promotion, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Interest in the US and global clinical trial landscape.
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems; academic, internship, or early professional experience is acceptable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, or CRO environments through internships or early professional roles is preferred.
  • Experience in sales, sales development, or sales operations through internships or early professional roles is preferred.
  • Exposure to RFP/RFI processes in digital health is preferred.
  • Exposure to Responsive (formerly RFPIO) or a comparable RFP/RFI tool is a plus.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Comfort working independently with clear direction and minimal supervision, while contributing effectively in team settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings, and deadlines at the same time.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools, such as Co-Pilot, is preferred.
