Description

  • Lead and manage the matriculation and enrolment process for all admitted students from offer acceptance through enrolment confirmation.
  • Develop and implement yield initiatives to convert admitted applicants into enrolled students using data-driven interventions.
  • Design and oversee pre-enrolment communication and engagement programmes, including welcome campaigns, orientation preparation, and personalised outreach.
  • Provide immigration support for international students, including guidance on visa applications, documentation, and compliance.
  • Manage travel logistics such as flight bookings aligned with onboarding timelines.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar to resolve enrolment barriers such as missing documentation, fee deposits, or financial aid queries.
  • Monitor enrolment data and pipeline metrics in real time to identify at-risk students and prevent drop-off.
  • Manage enrolment system and SIS workflows to ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with institutional requirements.
  • Coordinate with academic departments, student services, IT, accommodation, and other stakeholders to prepare for new student arrivals.
  • Produce enrolment reports and forecasts for senior leadership, including yield analysis, gap-to-target assessments, and cohort profiling.
  • Develop and maintain enrolment policies and procedures in line with regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and technology enhancements to improve enrolment efficiency and student experience.
  • Manage and develop the enrolment team to maintain high service standards during peak periods.

Requirements

  • Typically 5+ years of experience in enrolment management, admissions operations, or student services within a higher education institution.
  • Strong understanding of the student lifecycle from admissions through matriculation and early retention.
  • Experience with student information systems and CRM platforms such as Banner, Slate, or equivalent.
  • Proven project management skills for coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder processes within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in enrolment operations management and SIS/CRM system proficiency.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret enrolment trends and translate insights into action.
  • Experience designing and implementing yield strategies.
  • Strong process improvement and systems optimisation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a deeply student-centred approach.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional, able to work effectively across admissions, finance, IT, and academic teams.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities during peak enrolment periods.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Higher Education Administration or a related field preferred.
