Description

  • Execute software front-ends, including GUI and command-line interfaces, in field warehouse environments.
  • Troubleshoot software execution issues in real time to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Collaborate with the software engineering team on issue diagnosis and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the quality of software execution during deployments.
  • Deploy and configure arrays of sensors in industrial warehouse settings.
  • Unpack, assemble, configure, disassemble, and transport technical equipment to and from field sites.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of deployments, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant technical field role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to field sites as required.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Bash, and/or Zsh environments.
  • Strong hands-on ability to unpack, assemble, disassemble, and transport technical equipment.
  • Demonstrated documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, thorough technical records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Effective communication skills for relaying technical findings to both field and remote engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with motion capture ecosystems such as Optitrack, Manus, StretchSense, or Rokoko is preferred.
  • Experience with AR/VR headsets or Zed stereo cameras is preferred.
  • Basic Python scripting ability for automation or diagnostics is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS CLI and foundational cloud services is preferred.
  • Experience with real-time monitoring tools is preferred.
  • Experience with remote system administration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hardware communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and UART is preferred.
  • Experience deploying sensor arrays or IoT devices in the field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation or warehouse management systems is preferred.
  • Experience writing technical documentation, SOPs, or deployment guides is preferred.
  • Experience with machine shop tools and physical fabrication is preferred.
  • All candidates selected for employment must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
