Description

  • Provide multi-faceted administrative support to help the executive use time effectively and interact productively with staff and the public.
  • Handle a wide range of administrative tasks and independently initiate processes to manage projects, information, and people.
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements.
  • Create and develop presentations and Excel reports and analyses.
  • Facilitate and lead virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams.
  • Conduct research and gather information on behalf of the executive, then prepare summaries and reports.
  • Build positive and strategic relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Use discretion, judgment, and organizational knowledge to support executive activities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Direct and deploy support staff or other resources when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience required.
  • Ability to work largely autonomously with only general guidance and oversight.
  • Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, analyze, and interpret business correspondence.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to systematically analyze complex problems and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Experience with business communications, call screening, document preparation, management reporting, meeting scheduling and logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen or permanent resident) due to the nature of the work.
  • Pre-employment drug screening is required as a condition of hire.
