Description

  • Process new and renewal orders end to end.
  • Validate opportunity and contract information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Activate client access and support downstream invoicing and order fulfillment steps.
  • Work with Sales Operations, Content Authorization, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams to execute the order lifecycle process.
  • Track communication in the CRM for transparency and auditability.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Support departmental and special projects as assigned.
  • Suggest process and system improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Provide updates and information to sales teams.
  • Support customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate service.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting customers through an email ticketing system, chat, and/or phone calls.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute tactically and communicate effectively in writing.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships and work well in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Salesforce or other CRM tool experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and absorb information to make connections and improve productivity.
  • Experience providing training sessions to new employees is a plus.
