Description

  • Serve as the architectural anchor for integrating AI into the product and turn LLM-based ideas into production-ready experiences.
  • Design and evolve frontend architecture for high-performance applications that render insights from millions of documents with sub-second latency.
  • Prototype, research, and deploy solutions using LLMs and modern frontend technologies.
  • Build robust, scalable user interfaces that bridge complex AI services and intuitive end-user workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional, distributed teams to evaluate and adopt emerging technologies.
  • Lead the integration and optimization of intelligent features and high-impact workflows across the platform.
  • Mentor engineers, act as a technical thought leader, and influence engineering direction across teams.
  • Drive mission-critical initiatives through to production.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience building complex, data-intensive full-stack systems.
  • 5+ years of experience scaling production-grade services using Node.js, GraphQL, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
  • Proven ability to codify performance best practices and make architectural trade-offs.
  • Experience designing large-scale asynchronous systems using streaming, queuing, and caching strategies.
  • Strong observability experience with logging, metrics, and tracing.
  • Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, or Vespa.
  • Cloud-native development experience within AWS or GCP.
  • Working knowledge of Python or Java/Spring.
  • Passion for AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience at global technology companies or high-growth product organizations with a strong engineering culture.
  • Preferred: experience with modern DevOps/MLOps, including CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: practical experience deploying LLM applications, agentic frameworks, or scalable AI infrastructure.
