Description

Translate the healthcare sector roadmap into a structured execution plan aligned with market and client priorities.
Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers responsible for directed content projects.
Set goals, track KPIs, and ensure accountability across project deliverables.
Collaborate with Operations Managers to align recruiting, onboarding, and expert interaction execution with coverage strategy.
Own budget management for the sector, including resource allocation, expert costs, and ROI optimization.
Oversee quality assurance for transcripts to ensure accuracy, relevance, structure, and analytical depth.
Monitor engagement data and identify coverage gaps to refine project pipelines.
Partner with Research, Product, and Operations teams to pilot and optimize AI-enabled tools.
Establish feedback loops with call takers and project teams to improve future content quality.
Maintain deep awareness of healthcare sector developments and surface new themes and companies for research focus.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role within Healthcare.
Deep domain expertise in Healthcare, including knowledge of key players, business models, and industry trends.
Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets.
Proven people management experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams of project managers or analysts.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable research projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong command of project economics, including budget management, expert cost optimization, and ROI tracking.
Experience working cross-functionally with Directors of Research, Go-to-Market, Product, and Compliance teams.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with intellectual curiosity and a client-oriented mindset.
Strong understanding of compliance, MNPI, and confidentiality standards across project types.
