Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery for Clariti’s most complex, highest-visibility engagements, including governance, schedules, budgets, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Align cross-functional teams such as Implementation Consultants, Delivery Architects, Technical Account Managers, Product, and Engineering around shared delivery outcomes.
  • Improve repeatable delivery frameworks, retrospectives, and customer feedback loops across the Professional Services organization.
  • Anticipate risks, manage scope changes, and execute contingency plans with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including mayors, CIOs, department directors, and agency heads.
  • Lead executive steering committees and senior check-ins, presenting project progress in terms of government outcomes.
  • Build engagement strategies that align competing stakeholder interests and reduce conflict before it escalates.
  • Develop delivery systems, resource models, delegation frameworks, and performance cadences that support quality and accountability.
  • Create city personas, engagement playbooks, and scalable frameworks that turn project learnings into organizational knowledge.
  • Mentor and develop delivery talent while contributing customer insights to Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on engagement performance, risks, and strategic progress.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic planning across Clariti.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading enterprise-level or government transformation engagements in SaaS, professional services, or civic technology.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-risk, multi-stakeholder programs end to end, including recovery from dissatisfied clients or failed implementations.
  • Recognized thought leader in delivery methodology, client engagement, or public sector implementation.
  • Experience designing and owning delivery frameworks and feedback loops at an organizational level.
  • Deep expertise in project management and agile methodologies applied to large-scale transformation.
  • Strong data literacy, including the ability to establish baselines, define success metrics, and communicate data-backed results to executives.
  • Experience leading organizational change and managing ambiguity in high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with public sector or civic technology projects strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce-based platforms, GovTech/civic technology ecosystems, permitting, licensing, or government service delivery workflows preferred.
  • Background in organizational change management such as Prosci or ADKAR preferred.
  • Experience managing SI partner relationships, applying AI tools to delivery workflows, or working in AI-assisted delivery models preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 30-40%.
  • Must be able to complete comprehensive background checks before joining.

  • Base salary range of $195K-$235K, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
