Description

Partner with the Director of Research to develop and execute a strategic sector roadmap aligned to market and client priorities.
Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, setting goals, tracking KPIs, and driving accountability.
Coordinate with Operations Managers to align expert recruiting, onboarding, and interaction processes with coverage strategy.
Own budget management for the sector, allocating resources to maximize content ROI and throughput.
Oversee QA processes to ensure transcripts meet standards for accuracy, relevance, structure, and analytical depth.
Monitor engagement data and coverage gaps with research and content strategy partners, then adjust project pipelines accordingly.
Support revenue-generating content needs such as white papers, webinars, and presentations.
Maintain feedback loops with call takers and project teams to improve future content quality.
Partner with Operations and Product teams to pilot and optimize AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency and QA.
Stay current on Energy & Industrials market developments and surface new themes and companies for future research focus.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role within Energy & Industrials.
Deep domain expertise in Energy & Industrials, including key players, business models, and industry trends.
Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets.
Proven people management experience leading, mentoring, and developing project managers or analysts.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable research projects that generate high-impact insights.
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Strong command of project economics, including budget management, expert cost optimization, and ROI tracking.
Experience working cross-functionally with Directors of Research, Go-to-Market, Product, and Compliance.
Strong understanding of compliance, MNPI, and confidentiality standards.
Intellectually curious, client-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
