Description

  • Own onboarding and continuous training for global Customer & Product Support teams.
  • Design structured enablement programs that build product fluency for troubleshooting and customer issue resolution.
  • Define escalation paths, workflows, and troubleshooting best practices that improve client support and implementation outcomes.
  • Partner with the Product Enablement lead, PMM, Product, and Engineering to prepare the Revenue organization for new product releases.
  • Own security and infosec enablement across the organization in partnership with Security teams and Technical PMM.
  • Translate connector ecosystem, API requirements, compliance, and data security concepts into clear playbooks and training.
  • Work with App Specialists and PMM to improve connector and implementation knowledge and processes across the organization.
  • Build and maintain internal product knowledge bases, playbooks, and guides for reps.
  • Coach reps to apply product knowledge in real customer scenarios and improve the customer experience.
  • Track knowledge and program effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics, and continuously improve time-to-ramp.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and managing structured onboarding and training programs.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products and concepts into practical enablement content.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical topics to varied audiences, including IT, security, and AI buyer personas.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with PMM, Product, Engineering, Security, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and training tracks at once.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using assessments and performance metrics to measure impact and iterate.
  • Technical curiosity and problem-solving ability for products such as APIs, Financial Data, connectors, and integrations.
  • Experience with security, infosec, compliance, or technical PMM content (preferred).
  • Experience supporting customer-facing or revenue-facing teams in a SaaS or B2B environment (preferred).
