Description

  • Assist business customers with inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide support exclusively to B2B clients.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and promote customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and understand customer needs.
  • Recommend and explain tailored business solutions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with business clients.
  • Provide ongoing guidance throughout the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written German.
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional B2B relationships.
  • Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications.
  • Customer-focused and well-organized approach.
  • Previous B2B support, account management, sales, consulting, or customer success experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if living abroad.
  • EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit.
