Description

  • Partner with Account Managers and Solutions Consultants to help customers evaluate and plan Caseware implementations.
  • Lead presentations, trials, pilots, and other customer evaluation activities.
  • Advise customers on migration and implementation from existing accounting and audit tools.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services, partners, technical experts, and product teams to address customer needs and timelines.
  • Create and maintain value-focused product demonstrations, use cases, and related assets.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product-development insights.
  • Attend conferences, events, onsite demonstrations, and speaking or thought-leadership engagements; travel may reach 10%.
  • Design scalable processes and systems that support consistent service delivery and internal improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of audit, assurance, review, or compilation experience, or 3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role serving the accounting profession.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret stakeholder needs.
  • Understanding of or strong interest in AI-powered accounting solutions and modern accounting, audit, and advisory workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple deliverables and tasks.
  • Self-directed problem solver who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of audit and accounting technology, or willingness to learn.
  • CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent qualification with 3+ years of audit or accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with Caseware, US auditing and accounting standards, accounting-firm technology adoption, training, or innovation preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools, software development, project/product/program management, CRM systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Candidates must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States and accommodate meetings across Eastern to Pacific Time zones.
  • Successful candidates must complete a background check.
