Description

Diagnose complex operational, technical, and regulatory challenges and turn them into structured solutions.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives through to completion.
Build, implement, and own governance frameworks for inter-group outsourcing services.
Oversee performance metrics, risk assessments, and third-party service execution.
Coordinate delivery across legal, compliance, product, and operations teams.
Streamline cross-functional workflows to support product launches.
Architect scalable operational controls for vendor due diligence, risk monitoring, and service performance.
Leverage modern technical infrastructure, including RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation, to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

A degree in a STEM discipline.
Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable governance and workflow processes.
Strong analytical ability with experience using complex data to inform decisions and solve problems.
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact work.
An innate curiosity and commitment to continuous, self-directed learning.
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and accountability.
Must be based in France.
2+ years of professional experience in FinTech (preferred).
Experience in highly regulated financial environments (preferred).
Proven end-to-end project delivery experience in startup or scale-up environments (preferred).
Experience managing product governance frameworks and operational risk management (preferred).
