Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of the AlphaSense Certification program, including development, optimization, delivery, and expansion.
  • Grow the certification program across channels through always-on programming, microcertifications, and private certifications delivered via professional services.
  • Measure and communicate the program’s impact on product adoption, lead generation, and renewal or upsell.
  • Build and nurture a community of power users and advocates through training, video, surveys, and related engagement efforts.
  • Develop targeted assets and resources that help the community stay ahead of AlphaSense’s evolving platform capabilities.
  • Create high-quality education content that supports a user-centered, experimental, and data-driven learning program.
  • Present to stakeholders and lead engaging group trainings as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and scaling certification or learning programs.
  • Ability to take a program from 0 to 1 and continue improving it over time.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong focus on learner experience.
  • Experience engaging and energizing an audience to build community and advocacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including content writing and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage environments where the playbook is still being built.
  • United States remote location.
  • Reports to the Senior Director, Customer Education.

  • Base compensation range of $90,000 to $120,000 USD.
