Description

  • Receive, store, and issue material, parts, details, and hardware to support shop operations.
  • Organize parts and materials in bins, drawers, and racks while keeping physical and system locations aligned.
  • Pick parts and assemble kits of materials and hardware as needed.
  • Inspect incoming hardware for damage or missing components.
  • Repackage, bag, and tag items for storage or issue to work orders.
  • Stand up and maintain the cycle count function in the ERP system.
  • Complete regularly scheduled cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
  • Perform housekeeping and maintain an organized work area.
  • Support organizational metric goals and objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and internal customers across multiple work centers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory, receiving, or material handling.
  • 2+ years of forklift experience.
  • Experience interfacing with ERP and warehousing software.
  • Proficiency with email communication.
  • Valid California Driver’s License.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, inventory, receiving inspection, or material handling (preferred).
  • 5+ years of forklift experience (preferred).
  • Experience working in the aerospace or launch services industry (preferred).
  • Interest in and knowledge of flight hardware and terminology (preferred).
  • Experience creating inventory control procedures (preferred).
