Description

  • Map the expert universe for assigned industry verticals.
  • Source and vet high-value channel partners and customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key channel sources.
  • Drive email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to recruit expert sources.
  • Conduct screening and onboarding calls to confirm fit, recency, and perspective.
  • Negotiate honoraria within budget and quality guidelines.
  • Develop target lists of distributors, resellers, customers, and other market participants aligned to quarterly coverage priorities.
  • Create and maintain interview guides tailored to each call type, sector, and expert profile.
  • Schedule, monitor, and facilitate interviews while troubleshooting technical issues and capturing real-time highlights.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal CRM and workflow tools while upholding data privacy and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level.
  • Ability to manage fast-turnaround projects and meet deadlines and targets.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and ability to document expert qualifications accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone and email.
  • Ability to build relationships with external experts and stakeholders.
  • Interest in learning industry trends and quickly identifying relevant experts.
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on delivering the best expert profiles efficiently.
  • Experience with structured research, stakeholder management, or project execution is preferred.
