Description

  • Own the full end-to-end sales process across your territory.
  • Research opportunities and identify the right prospects for new client acquisition.
  • Initiate sales conversations and build relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
  • Run product demonstrations and manage product trials with potential clients.
  • Close sales and forecast accurately to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Partner with the marketing team to expand brand awareness in the market.
  • Work closely with the Product Specialist team during trials to support client engagement.
  • Share market and client feedback with sales, product management, content, and product marketing teams to improve the product offering.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into the financial markets, including buy-side and sell-side clients.
  • Background in SaaS technology, financial information, and/or research organizations preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to prospect, build pipeline, and gain access to the right decision-makers across an organization.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a positive, outgoing personality.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply.
  • Comfort communicating across all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to clients monthly or quarterly based on business needs.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, energetic, creative, and quick to learn.
