Description

  • Own a live portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage before the hearing date.
  • Contact attorneys daily by phone, text, and email to confirm assignments and keep the pipeline moving.
  • Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin and meeting cost targets.
  • Prioritize competing hearings and make quick judgment calls on urgent coverage needs.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and other scheduling issues as they arise.
  • Onboard new attorneys and answer questions so they understand how Docketly works.
  • Keep law-firm clients updated on hearing status and resolve surprises quickly.
  • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline records.
  • Identify recurring coverage gaps and share ideas in team huddles and meetings.
  • Set up next-day coverage and hand off any unresolved work at the end of the day.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a role involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.
  • Comfortable and efficient on the phone with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many open items at once.
  • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or a high-volume call center or outbound environment (preferred).
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools (preferred).
  • Comfortable using Mac OS and Google Workspace (preferred).
