Description

  • Source and prospect industry experts for customers on critical, time-sensitive projects.
  • Creatively investigate, identify, and source industry information and experts using various tools.
  • Contact decision-makers and C-level executives across industries via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
  • Connect investors with relevant experts and decision-makers to support informed investment decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a performance-driven environment.
  • Track and exceed quotas and monthly performance metrics.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of Expert Call Services.
  • As the role progresses, move into customer-facing account management and help lead project management and primary research efforts.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with C1/C2 proficiency.
  • Track record of success in sales, recruiting, account management, sourcing, or similar roles.
  • Experience with strategic sourcing and cold outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Persistence, drive, and a goal-focused mindset with ownership from initiation to completion.
  • Coachable and willing to learn and improve.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to shared success.
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed personal goals each month.
