Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients on inbound questions, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with users and key stakeholders to retain and grow the book of business.
  • Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions across existing client organizations to uncover new expansion opportunities and meet revenue goals.
  • Identify revenue at risk and work to prevent churn through proactive account management.
  • Forecast retention rates and track performance against retention and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Hold business reviews with key stakeholders and deliver proactive outreach with relevant updates and insights.
  • Act as a client advocate within AlphaSense and bring client feedback and value stories back to product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Serve as an on-the-ground presence for clients through activities such as floor walks and lunch-and-learns.
  • Understand client organizations, roles, projects, and metrics to tailor communication and surface white space opportunities.

Requirements

  • US Remote role with Eastern or Central time zone preferred.
  • Experience managing and growing relationships within Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with best practices for client engagement in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex issues simply.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders ranging from analysts to C-level executives.
  • High energy, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Demonstrated grit, initiative, work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment to results.
  • Experience handling internal and external relationship management and using effective processes and tactics.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with account executives and internal teams.
  • Base compensation range of $96,000 to $120,000 USD.
  • Performance-based bonus and equity may be offered.
