Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from problem framing and data acquisition through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise data.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding strategies.
  • Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific use cases.
  • Design and orchestrate agentic workflows, including tool-using agents, multi-step planners, guardrails, and alignment mechanisms.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks for hallucinations, calibration, bias, fairness, and adversarial testing.
  • Build logging, telemetry, safeguards, governance artifacts, and documentation to support model risk management.
  • Lead production deployment of AI models using MLOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
  • Optimize inference latency, throughput, and cost while ensuring performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-native solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
  • At least one production LLM agent or agentic workflow experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working in Python and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience in a consultative or client-facing role.
  • Experience with cloud-native development and data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or AWS S3.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, transformers, NLP, agentic modeling, and reinforcement learning concepts.
  • Experience with open and commercial LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain Agents, or DSPy.
  • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and deploying models using Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring/observability tools.
  • Familiarity with model risk management and trustworthy AI practices, especially in regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with financial services and/or insurance industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and staying current with the evolving AI landscape.
