Description

  • Audit current tools and workflows to identify quick wins and areas for improvement.
  • Build and manage automations across the core stack, including HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, and Quo.
  • Use AI to power smarter internal systems such as auto-responses, quote generation, and PDF creation.
  • Connect systems so they work together seamlessly and require less manual intervention.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and ship practical workflow solutions that improve how the team works.
  • Communicate clearly with the team about how systems function and how changes affect other roles.

Requirements

  • Experience building with AI as a primary tool.
  • Comfortable reading code, troubleshooting issues, and recognizing when something is wrong.
  • Experience building automations for small businesses.
  • Ability to understand the business purpose behind what you are building, not just the technical execution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems simply.
  • Hands-on mindset focused on building, testing, and shipping solutions.
  • Experience working across tools such as HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, and Quo is preferred.
