Description

  • Own ML models across the full lifecycle, including data pipelines, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Run and improve the ML platform, including GitOps CI/CD, release processes, and production serving reliability.
  • Monitor serving endpoints, latency, and load in Datadog and define SLOs and alerting for model reliability.
  • Collaborate with risk, operational, and product teams to identify and deliver ML opportunities across the business.
  • Work on both core risk models and new ML initiatives such as revenue forecasting and debt collection optimization.
  • Share expertise through code reviews and technical watch.
  • Contribute to the production systems that serve and monitor machine learning models.
  • Work closely with Data, SRE, and Quantitative Analysis teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping ML models in production.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills.
  • Solid machine learning fundamentals, including evaluation, leakage, and overfitting/underfitting.
  • Experience with MLOps and infrastructure, including data pipelines, monitoring, system design, and live prediction or streaming.
  • Comfort reasoning about latency, scale, and reliability.
  • Clean, tested, and reviewable coding practices.
  • Professional English and working proficiency in French.
  • Familiarity with parts of the stack, such as scikit-learn, Vertex AI Pipelines/Kubeflow, dbt, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Argo Workflows, Neo4j, FastAPI, Argo CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Datadog.
  • Preferred experience with GCP, Docker, or graph databases.
  • Preferred experience with LLMs as development tools or embedded product components.
  • Preferred background in credit scoring, BNPL, financial services, or fraud.
