Description

  • Test new features, product enhancements, and fixes across the Allego platform and related products.
  • Work with a distributed engineering team on web applications, server components, integrations, and native iOS and Android apps.
  • Participate in standups, refinement, estimation, and retrospective sessions as part of an Agile team.
  • Create well-structured test cases that comprehensively cover specifications and quality expectations.
  • Produce and maintain manual testware to support automation efforts.
  • Raise, report, and follow through on quality issues and bug fixes with Development and Product.
  • Ensure quality coverage for cross-browser, non-functional, and accessibility requirements.
  • Maintain and execute regression testing for existing features.
  • Support tasks delegated by the QA Lead or QA Manager.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to create and manage testware, including test cases, test cycles, and test data.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Jira, test management systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications preferred.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for a SaaS platform preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics is beneficial.
  • Automation experience or familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, WebdriverIO, or BrowserStack is beneficial but not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent related experience required.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level is desirable but not essential.
