Description

  • Partner with developers and other test automation engineers to improve and automate test and release processes.
  • Build and maintain tooling for test development, coverage, and reporting to reduce errors.
  • Advocate for the user experience when working with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Instrument development workflows to build visibility into velocity, coverage, and quality.
  • Maintain test results and visualization.
  • Provide a quality strategy aligned with team delivery goals and Seez’s overall quality strategy.
  • Keep quality and testing integrated into development from day one.
  • Set an example of best software development practices to improve team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Enable developers to design and implement tests efficiently by providing tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
  • Experience writing code, scripts, and small tools for personal and team use.
  • Passion for test infrastructure and CI/CD.
  • Experience implementing and/or maintaining test automation suites.
  • Knowledge of test automation and debugging tools.
  • Strong understanding of web app QA processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to investigate system architecture for potential issues.
  • Ability to work with developers to design systems for reliability, performance, and testability.
  • Willingness to go beyond the comfort zone to raise quality standards.
  • Agile mindset with adaptability to constant change.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with AI/ML models, especially LLMs, and validating responses for accuracy, consistency, and bias (nice to have).
  • Experience testing conversational AI, including edge cases, relevance, unexpected inputs, and multi-turn conversations (nice to have).
  • Ability to create automated scripts for validating AI model responses (nice to have).
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn, grow, and improve (nice to have).
  • Friendly and willing to speak up when necessary (nice to have).
  • Passion for building things and/or software/technology (nice to have).
