Description

  • Drive weekly sales activity and maintain regular contact with major accounts at multiple levels of the customer organization.
  • Ensure timely renewal of existing contracts and expand existing license and product footprint.
  • Increase customer usage and dependency by extending the platform into new business areas.
  • Drive organic account growth through upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Work with management and Account Management teammates on territory planning and execution.
  • Manage an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting process.
  • Partner with Marketing to cultivate, nurture, and grow new business within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Adoption team on customer success, renewal, and expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales, account management, or customer success experience at a SaaS technology company.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with mid-sized clients of 1,000 to 5,000 employees as the primary point of contact.
  • Proven experience driving territory growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience with consultative solution selling.
  • Proven track record of selling and/or managing a multi-product suite.
  • Ability to create clear tactical plans and execute against strategy.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and related tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other social media sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20-30% and support customers across multiple time zones.
  • Preferred: industry knowledge of financial services, life sciences, technology, or insurance.
  • Preferred: experience selling revenue enablement, knowledge management, sales engagement, coaching, or learning technologies.
