Description

  • Create and champion messaging for product and solution launches, including differentiation, value propositions, and key use cases.
  • Own positioning and messaging end to end across personas, industries, use cases, and customer touchpoints.
  • Support sales enablement with pitch decks, talk tracks, objection handling, and ongoing field training.
  • Develop vertically specific positioning and content in partnership with sales, using deal feedback to refine messaging.
  • Lead product launches by building and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans and launch readiness activities.
  • Drive buyer, market, and competitive research to inform strategy, positioning, and product marketing priorities.
  • Partner with Customer Success to support product adoption, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Support analyst relations by helping respond to analyst questionnaires and engaging analysts proactively.
  • Translate Voice of Customer, win/loss analysis, and usage data into recommendations for Product and go-to-market teams.
  • Develop content across the funnel, including solution pages, case studies, and thought leadership assets.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, sales engineering, or sales enablement.
  • Preferred experience in the digital experience, commerce, or search subsectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital experience and ecommerce business needs.
  • Experience in go-to-market and sales cycles at SaaS organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of storytelling, GTM initiatives, product launches, and enablement.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to use enablement, tracking, and documentation technology.
  • Deep understanding of and empathy for field sales experiences.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
