Description

  • Drive net-new logo acquisition by developing and closing high-impact opportunities across Commercial and Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with technical stakeholders such as developers, architects, and product teams, as well as business leaders.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer goals and tailor solutions that scale across parent and subsidiary brands.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Renewal Managers to create value-driven proposals and support successful outcomes.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and sales collateral that address both technical and business objectives.
  • Research prospective customers and adapt sales strategies to match their needs.
  • Define and refine your own sales process while helping shape the company’s sales model and go-to-market motion.
  • Represent Algolia at industry events and conferences.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve sales execution in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a field sales role closing B2B SaaS business.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and their value propositions.
  • Proven success in complex, consultative enterprise sales with matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with curiosity and initiative.
  • Strong relationship-building mindset with a focus on long-term customer partnerships.
  • Desire and confidence to represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Comfort executing without defined processes and navigating ambiguity.
