Description

  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing merchants.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during integration, onboarding, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with internal Tech, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams to resolve merchant issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Assist merchants with API integrations, payment flows, wallet setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor client activity to identify issues proactively and escalate them when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, integration notes, and CRM updates.
  • Explain payment flows, settlement logic, blockchain specifics, and operational processes clearly to merchants.
  • Support merchant success independently with full ownership of assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in crypto.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Russian.
  • Solid understanding of payment flows, deposits/withdrawals, KYC/KYB, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, dashboards, or integrations; technical literacy is required.
  • Ability to use merchant support tools such as CRM, Slack/Telegram, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of merchant success.
  • Experience in crypto payments or blockchain networks such as TRON, ETH, or BTC is preferred.
  • Understanding of conversion flows, crypto/fiat rates, and operational risk is preferred.
  • Experience working with high-risk industries such as iGaming or Forex is preferred.
