Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor for strategic customers on complex use cases during the RUN phase.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle to drive product adoption.
  • Analyze advanced client needs and challenge existing setups to design scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform.
  • Lead complex integrations involving APIs, flat files, SSO, and third-party tools.
  • Redesign platform architecture and troubleshoot technical issues within customer environments.
  • Run solution audits and provide high-level recommendations to improve business impact and long-term value.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams on customer needs and delivery.
  • Provide functional and technical support to Customer Success partners and clients.
  • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
  • Deliver professional services to existing customers and contribute best practices to the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 3 years of professional consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing role such as Level 2 or 3 support, Technical Consultant, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally HR-related.
  • Project management skills.
  • Good understanding of APIs, SSO configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Solution-oriented, client-first mindset.
  • Ability to adapt communication for highly technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, structured, rational, and analytical with the ability to manage priorities across multiple implementations.
  • Fluent French (US/UK) or B2 level English, or equivalent English proficiency.
  • Experience pitching platform value to clients (preferred).
  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem or delivering professional services (preferred).
