Description

  • Oversee and drive sales activities across global markets.
  • Develop strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
  • Manage sales teams and lead the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Relevant B2B sales experience with technology products, especially video surveillance, security solutions, or related fields.
  • Experience working in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Native-level French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings, events, and partner collaborations.
  • Highly motivated and autonomous, with a strong focus on results and new business development.
