Description

  • Develop deep understanding of security, safety, business continuity, IT, operations, and responder workflows through ongoing customer and prospect research.
  • Own the strategy, positioning, prioritization, and roadmap for new AI capabilities.
  • Define customer problems, jobs to be done, specifications, acceptance criteria, and milestones for product initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to prototype, deliver, test, and launch releasable product increments.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to rapidly build and validate prototypes with customers.
  • Track AI, automation, integration, and competitive trends and translate them into roadmap implications.
  • Define success metrics, instrument launches, analyze product usage and customer outcomes, and use findings to guide prioritization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support on positioning, enablement, training, demos, and launch readiness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, including 2 years at the senior level.
  • Experience owning a product or major product area end to end, from discovery through delivery and measurement.
  • Experience taking a product or major capability from zero to one and shipping initial versions to customers.
  • Experience with agentic or AI-native products, such as workflow automation, process orchestration, integration platforms, or agentic tooling.
  • Working understanding of AI and LLM product design, including appropriate guardrails.
  • Systems-thinking approach to workflows, dependencies, triggers, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete or conflicting information.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, system integrations, Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
  • Experience in critical-event management, emergency communication, security, safety, business continuity, or product enablement/go-to-market support.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship; Austin, TX candidates preferred, with remote U.S. eligibility excluding listed states.
