Description

  • Develop deep understanding of security, safety, business continuity, IT, operations, and responder customer personas.
  • Conduct customer and prospect discovery, workflow reviews, and feedback sessions to define customer problems.
  • Track market, AI, automation, integration, and competitive trends to inform product strategy.
  • Own the roadmap and prioritization for new AI capabilities, including explicit trade-off decisions.
  • Define product strategy, positioning, jobs to be done, and outcomes for initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to create specifications, acceptance criteria, milestones, and releasable increments.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex to prototype and validate concepts with customers.
  • Guide delivery through grooming, scope decisions, testing, and launch readiness.
  • Define success metrics, analyze post-launch usage and customer outcomes, and incorporate findings into prioritization.
  • Enable go-to-market teams through positioning, messaging, training, demos, and product narratives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, including end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery and measurement.
  • Experience leading and evolving an established or emerging product or major capability.
  • Experience with agentic and/or AI-native products, such as workflow automation, interactive assistants, integration platforms, or agentic tooling.
  • Working understanding of designing AI and LLM-based product capabilities, including appropriate guardrails.
  • Systems-thinking approach to workflows, dependencies, triggers, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical judgment and ability to make decisions with incomplete or conflicting information.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, product analytics software, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Collaborative, resourceful approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in critical event management, emergency communication, security, safety, business continuity, product enablement, or go-to-market support is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship; Austin, TX is preferred, with remote U.S. candidates considered excluding listed restricted states.
